SHOP POLICIES
All items in my shop are hand fabricated. Some of my work are one of a kind, and some collections are in stock, where others are made to order. If an item is in stock, it will be shipped within 3 days of your order, otherwise please allow 7-10 days to complete your order as I had make each piece and do the powder coating myself, which can be weather dependent. If your order is time sensitive please email me with your order number. Payments are processed securely through stripe.
JEWELRY CARE - For Powder Coated Jewelry:
The silver pieces (posts, jump rings etc.) will naturally develop a patina and shine over time.
Avoid spraying, applying lotions, perfumes, or hairspray directly on or near your jewelry - BUT powder coated pieces can be easily cleaned with some soap and water!

Free - Local pick up / drop off in Cookeville TN and surrounding areas.
RETURN POLICIES
Returns are only offered if there is a makers defect that I missed or the piece is damaged during shipping. (understand that each piece may differ slightly as nothing is cast.) Damage due to shipping must be reported 24hours after delivery to qualify for a return. I cannot offer a refund if a customer changes their mind, but I will offer store credit if buyer changes their mind and is looking to exchange it for a new piece. This exchange must happen within 2 days after delivery and the piece must be returned in its original condition to qualify. For more info, please email me directly at brie@brieflora.com

Your jewelry will naturally develop a patina and shine over time.
Avoid spraying, applying lotions, perfumes or hairspray directly on or near your jewelry.
When not wearing your sterling silver piece, please store your piece in the original packaging, or in a small plastic bag to protect your jewelry from oxidation.
Lastly, should you take proper care of your Brie Flora jewelry, I promise you’ll be able to enjoy wearing it for a lifetime, and pass it on to a next generation! I would be happy to restore an original silver finish at any time, you will just be responsible for shipping costs for any restore.
